The Blessings Glass Co.(Mike) responded immediately to my request and gave a fair price. Next day they came out and measured the window and came back in a few days to install. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. They communicated very well and cleaned up perfectly and i am very happy with their work. I would certainly call them again.

This business offered a poor customer experience and the window's frame had some apparent damage as seen in the photo. The worker claimed that this was the way that it came from the factory. They also replaced an outdoor window that had a satin tint with a clear window for a bathroom. The business did not mention or offer the possibility of adding a tint. Customer service: The quoted price was for cash/Zelle payment only to the individual not the business. (This was not stated before I agreed to the job.) They do not accept checks. They gave a different price after the job was done if you want to pay via credit card to cover taxes and fees. Thus, I utilized Zelle as requested and showed the worker the information before sending. I sent it and showed the worker my confirmation page. I continued communicating throughout the weekend. The owner then said that I was being an unprofessional customer, since his payment was not appearing on his end and I don't pick up my phone 1pm Sundays.

Mike was very good, he came and fix a leaning shower door. It has been 3 days and the door is opening and closing. He completed the job in 20mins very polite. Will recommend so far
