Excellent all around. Koby Smith, field representative, met with insurance adjuster at home. After hail damage claim was approved, Koby coordinated everything. Supplies were delivered the day before roof replacement. New roof was completed in one day. Everything was picked up and left clean. Roof looks great! Highly recommend.

Talbert Construction thoroughly repaired a roof leak that existed since the house was built. The builder and another roofing company each came to repair the leak to no avail. Talbert completely tore back that area of the roof and replaced it. They were fast, efficient and thorough. Worth every penny. We have since had them back to replace our roof after hail damage. Again, we were thrilled with the job done.

Talbert Construction did a great job of replacing our roof due to a hail storm. They had all the materials delivered the day before their workers started work on the roof which was great that the materials didn’t sit for any length of time. Talbert had a large crew that showed up at 7:00am and got the job done in one day. They worked until dark to finish the roof. I would highly recommend Talbert Construction to perform any roofing needs you might have.

Talbert's met with my insurance adjuster to make sure total roof replacement was approved. A few neighbors whose Roofing Contractors did not meet with the adjuster were not so lucky. The company complete my large roof job, 45 squares, in one day. I have built and remodeled many houses and I can say with certainty that this is the best roof job I have seen. When they left, the yard was totally cleaned up. I did not find a single nail or a scrap of shingle anywhere, REALLY. I have recommended this company to friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a leak in two spots of our roof. They quickly set up a time to fix them. They did a great job and were honest about the cost and time. We have had them check other spots in the past and they only charge us when they perform a service. If they do not think a repair is needed then they are honest about providing the service. We highly recommend them.

There were excellent. I am thinking about the do something else. They will be the first person I call. There were 4 people that came out to do the work. They left the area clean. They did a good job.

The roof repair was excellent. They repaired the leak between the old roof and new roof that the original roofer and another well known roofing company could not. They repaired a section of the old roof. However, we were hoping to file an insurance claim against the original roofer. They never provided the documentation needed to file that claim. I would not use again if there is a need to file an insurance claim. I would only use if no insurance is involved.

I had around 90 gallons of water that was soaking in to my hardwood floors , leaking under the walls into other rooms, and soaking into carpet in those rooms. I really didn't know who to call for restoration work and didn't know how long it would take to get service scheduled considering it was Sunday, thinking the damage was becoming more permanent by the minute. I found out that Talbert Construction also offered Restoration service and I had used them for other things with great results so I gave them a try with hesitation since I believed their primary function was construction. Service was great for these reasons: 1. I called expecting to leave a message and hear back Monday. They answered (on Sunday) and were at my house withing the hour!! 2. Any hesitation I had was resolved in the first few minutes. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of restoration by explaining everything that was happening with the water, and what needed to happen to correct it. They knew exactly what to do, and got to work fast. 3. Their knowledge, experience, equipment, and quick action resulted in no permanent water damage, completely saved my hardwood floors, walls, woodwork, furniture, and carpets. Things worked out much better that I could have expected. I hope I never need restoration services again, but if I do, I know who to call. I have not had such good luck with other contractors, so when I do find a good one, I like to let people know.

Took awhile for the work to start, but once started it was done quickly and to standard.

Everything went well, once we decided what we wanted and they got underway. Very professional company and workers. Price was good too. I am very happy that I chose to have them do the work for us. They poured the new concrete, took down part of the old roof and ceiling and extended both. They were here when they said they would be, and if not here I was made aware as to why. They ran over on a previous job, and were a little late starting ours, so Michael offered to have everything painted for us, for the inconvenience. Since that was not in our contract. He was always available to answer any questions.

I contacted Talbert Construction after finding a small leak in our kitchen ceiling. Talbert was very responsive and arrived at our home in approximately 1 hour.
After finding the problem, and explaining a small fix was needed due to a silicone seal that was leaking and should replaced, Heath quickly provided the repair and did not charge us.  I was pleasantly surprised and the wonderful customer service made my day.  
We will definitely recommend Talbert based on this speedy service and excellent communication.  We look forward to using Talbert in the future, if needed.

The crew arrived and went to work promptly. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They even came back to put in a skylight that I had to special order since the original one was actually too small.

Talbert came to the house and completed the repair within a couple hours of my call.  They were so efficient it only took them about 15 minutes to reattach a portion of gutter that came loose.  That included unloading and reloading the ladders and tools.  The gutter was so high up there was no way I would have been able to do the repair myself with the ladders available to me.  The owner of the house was out of town due to a death in the family.  Talbert was so kind to provide the repair free of charge.  This is the type of company I will always try to do business with.  They did a kind thing for my neighbor and I hope you will give them your business.  All indications are they will do a good job for you.
