"If you hire them be sure you have a very clear understanding of the charges. I was guilted about 160.00 for three rooms with spot treatment. My final charges were 265.00. Way too much for that type of work. Other than the price being misleading the service was excellent."

My name is Angel. I’m a mother of one who has been a professional house cleaner for over 15 years. Been cleaning house since I was about 6 when it all started with chores.

"The cleaning service went good. Very happy with the two ladies that came. Definitely will use them again."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Rhonda (owner) and R & R House Cleaning Crew were very professional and very thorough with their cleaning service. Rhonda effectively communicated details of the job and the cost. R & R House Cleaning was pleasant to do business with. We will definitely refer them as a great cleaning company to hire."

"I had my bath room toilet pipe bust overnight. I woke up around 4 in the morning and I was standing in almost ankle deep water through most of my house. Gave your company a call and they were very prompt with instructions on what to do while waiting on them the show up, and they arrived within the hour(on a Sunday I might add) and was able to suck up all the water and leave dehumidifiers before any further damage occurred. Even though the situation was hectic, they were able to provide a pleasant service. It happened about 3 weeks ago, since then they have called and checked on me and and have continued to make sure no mold has been growing in my drywall. Will highly recommend Kermit and his crew to anyone that I talk to. Excellent company."
