"Good customer service. The tech that gave me the quote was clean and professional. He was also the head person that did the work and completed the repair. They had to dig a big hole and replace a leaking connector between my house and the city main. It was pricey and I could probably have gotten a lower quote, but H&M was professional, they have branded trucks, personable crew and they got the job done when they said they would for the price the quoted. Only complaint would be they had to dig up a large bush to make the repair and they didn't fill in the dirt around the bush when they finished. They just sat it back in the hole. Small complaint, but still..."
