"This work was performed at my Mother-in-Laws (MIL) house 300 miles away so I used Angie's list to get someone in there that would take care of her like it was their own MIL. Robert explained everything to my MIL then to me and I appreciated that he took the time to do that. My MIL said that he was very courteous, informative and clean up his messes. She felt comfortable with him and he did what he said he would do. That's extremely important to me. Thank you Robert. Since I wasn't there I can't give more detail."

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes.
