"I have grave reservations and I wish I had not bought the service. The product is a good product, but I do not and I feel like we were forced into a purchase and not given a chance to think about it. For what the product is it is very expensive and there are probably alternatives that are much more economical, so I am not happy with them. I would recommend that anyone dealing which them should check research with everyone even before talking to them. It was a 3 hour sales pitch and it is very convincing and they show you the affect that it can have on laundry, dishes and everything else. The have things like doing in-house demonstrations and it is all very convincing when they have these package deals that have organic based biodegradable soaps that are included in the package deals. They also have things like money back deal and that is as long as it is not installed and they rush out and install it the next day and they have a life time warranty as long as the model exists, but they change the model every 2 years. A lot of research that I did after buying it shows that a lot of people that bought it are very happy with it, but would have been happier with something that was 10th of the same price. The unit was very expensive and I spent $2,000 on it and the roof is much more. The guys that came to do the installation seemed like used car salesmen and seemed a little shady. I was not happy with them at all and I spent about $6,000 on that work. It is a very well made system, but was not necessary for my house. When it was time for the sale they were very quick to respond, act and since then I haven?t heard a word, and I am hoping to never contact them. We expressed an interest in finding out more about the system and they called and the arranged for a sales demonstration all most immediately and that was within days. When I told them that I wanted to give it more thought and delay the installation and they said that if I did that I and then came back I would not have any of the extra side bonus packages and that should really have been an indication to be to just leave it. They were very punctual for the sale. The salesman was very cordial, nice and answered a lot of questions, but I think he misrepresented the product. The crew was very professional, but the crew boss was very rude and obnoxious. He was looking for ways to cut corners and do the job faster and forcing things through. He was using lower quality parts for installation and the guys that were actually doing the work did a great job and cleaned up. They were very cordial and did a fantastic job. It was very disappointing."
