A couple of minutes later the technician, Ronnie, called me back and after I described the problem, he quoted me the approximate cost and came to my house. He was very helpful. He had the type of thermostat in his truck and and quickly replaced the defective one. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I could not of asked for better service. I am going to signup for there semiannual maintenance and expect to use this company exclusively in the future.

He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
