"We are extremely happy with how our new windows and new front door turned out. After some unexpected challenges with the way our home was built, our installation crew quickly and efficiently adapted to make sure our windows and door were installed with expert care. Every time we see our new beautiful picture window we are left breathless! And our beautiful front door is the perfect upgrade for the look of our home. Thank you RBA!"

"Trey got right back to us. He came out to measure our windows as soon as we let him know we were moving ahead with the project. Within 5 days he was back installing the new windows. Quick, painless, and reasonable price. A pleasure to work with."

"Called for a quote on a Thursday, received the quote in the afternoon, then they came out the following day. Believe it was Roberto and he did a great job. Took care while taking the old glass out, replaced all stickers onto the new windshield, and replaced in a short time. Cleaned up afterwards and before I knew it, everything was done. Really appreciate it!!."

Glaziers questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can replace just one pane of glass in a sliding glass door, but you may need to contact the door manufacturer directly to get the proper dimensions of the pane. It’s also worth checking your door’s warranty, as various parts may be covered for a particular timeframe, so you may not have to pay for the replacement pane. But consider the condition of the rest of the door. If the door is old or in bad shape, replacing the entire door is probably more cost-effective.

New glass costs anywhere from $3 to $100 per square foot. More specifically, tempered and insulated glass—a common option for sliding glass doors—costs between $10 and $14 per square foot.

The height of a mirror behind a vanity depends on several factors, including the height of the vanity, the placement of the faucet (on the wall or countertop), and the height of the faucet. A good rule of thumb is to hang the mirror 5 to 10 inches above the vanity’s highest point. However, you may need to lower the mirror based on the vanity size and overhead lighting placement.

Yes, you can use glass cleaner on outside windows, but only after you’ve rinsed away as much debris as possible. Using glass cleaner on top of a layer of dirt will only make it harder to clean.

The best tool for DIYers to use to cut glass is a glass cutter, which can either use a straight blade or a sharp cutting wheel to score glass. Once you score the lines you want to cut, elevate the scored line over a pivot point and apply light, even pressure to both sides. Make sure you wear protective gloves and glasses to stay safe during the process.
