"Excellent resullts. Carpet stayed wet longer than expected but maybe that was because it is so light and traffic patterns take more to clean. When dry, they looked great the next morning. I had seen 2 areas that needed stretching and they come out great. I just wish he had pointed out an area that I had not seen before he cleaned them so it could have been stretched too. He did however say he would stretch it for free the next time he cleans them."

They cleaned the grout and stained it to make it look brand new. They also scrubbed my carpet to make it look brand new.
