"Planet Green Tile and Grout Cleaning was okay. I don't think we'll use them again for the rest of the flooring. What they did was okay but we noticed a few things that we realized that they probably haven't been in business for a long time. I didn't think they took real care over some things. They set a container full of cleaning solvent in one of our upholstered chairs. It didn't hurt us but my wife found that and it kind of felt like a younger couple starting out a fairly new business. I don't remember the amount but the special offer was for a special amount and that's exactly what it was. I thought it was a little high, I think it covers a certain amount of square footage, that was the offer and I did have them look at our kitchen and dinette because they also has ceramic tile floor and what they did was sort of generalize estimate and it was more than what the cost was to do the bathrooms and the laundry room. They came in time and they stuck to the job, stuck to the completion without any lapses, we just kind of thought it was not too polished a deal. They need some more experience. Watch where he sets things down, don't set down on carpeted floors or upholstered furniture. I think that they were anxious to get in and do the work."

"The sales office was good, displays good, response to measure house was prompt, I felt installation took to long after paying down payment of $1100.00 to order carpet, it was done 9 days later, plus installer did not clean up after installing new carpet, there were installation nails left inside the house, pic below, and on drive way, carpet padding trash, bits and pieces were not picked up, pic below, bits and pieces of carpet installation, and carpet fuzz everywhere, not vacuumed, very unprofessional considering i paid an additional $1079.0 for installation, carpet trash also left in closets, where carpet was installed, lots of fuzz, fibers, , I had left the sales office a voicemail on a question on when the carpet would be installed after leaving a downpayment, and I was not called back, plus after carpet was installed i was not emailed a receipt until i notified the office by phone that i wanted a receipt for the installation charge."
