"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

His architectural knowledge & experience was extensive & his recommendations on hardware, materials of construction, best practices, etc. was impressive. We went through several revisions as our ideas evolved & Wally was always patient, available & very professional. His graphic systems allowed us to make revisions as we discussed the designs & see the results instantly in 3D views. The level of detail was such that we felt we were standing in the new room. "When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I live in a quiet, gated community and there was never a complaint about a mess outside or noise. Very clean."

"Willie and his team did fantastic work. After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great. Best of all is that we have confidence the work performed will last."
