"Ben was prompt and communicative during the initial estimate and beginning of the job. His crew removed the old driveway and part of the sidewalk. In the process broke the sprinkler line which he warned us could happen. Concrete and sidewalk looks fabulous! Problem is it took days to get the sprinkler system repaired by his crew. They also didn?t bury an electrical wire under the sidewalk. They came out and cut a groove in the sidewalk to slip the wire into but didn?t seal it. I decided to do this myself based on the fact that I was tired of having to contact them. They left my rock gardens in a shamble and I have to fix that myself. As far as Ben is concerned he was good to work with. I was not impressed with his crew though just on the finish up job. Other than that we are pleased with the results of the concrete work"
