They had to burrow my tools because the did not have the tools they needed, burrowed my air hose then stole it, and had to show them how to do some of the work because they didn't know how. They do not answer they phone or return phone messages and in the end i had to finish the work myself because they havent been back in a month."

You can also buy a pre-mixed concrete patch and leveler if you are only repairing parts of your floor.

Resurfacing is ideal when the surface is showing more widespread wear—like if it’s pitted, rough, or has lots of cracks. Resurfacing gives your concrete a fresh, like-new appearance without needing a full replacement.

When the concrete is severely cracked, sinking, or otherwise structurally unsound, replacing it might be your best option. Replacement ensures the safety and longevity of the surface in this case.
