I worked with Tom on the initial estimate, Martin on the actual work to be done and Jed Mowell, the owner, who came out twice to make sure all work was completed timely and to my satisfaction. Jed even sent me a fruit basket the day after I had some surgery during the project. I can't say enough positive things about their timeliness, the work product they produced and the communication during the entire project. Would strongly recommend them for any patio roof installations/repairs."

"Excellent! I had continuous contact with Charles, the owner, for any questions and refinements along the way. His foreman and team were wonderful, punctual and worked allday , every day that the weather allowed. The workmanship was even better than I could have imagined. I had a lot of confidence in CHarles prior to the start of the job, based on our converstaions, as he was very knowledgeable and responsive. But the actual finished product is Perfect. Everyone that sees the patio has commented on how professional and amazing the final product looks. I have a friend that's considering a patio addition in the future and is determined to get this crew for her work. I had no problems at all during the construction phase. "Great. They removed several branches in my Oak tree and my Magnolia tree. Then they fixed my drainage by removing some dirt to direct water away from my patio and planted some grass. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how successful they were yet. I was very pleased with their work."

They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work he provided. You cannot go wrong hiring this pro."

"Four years ago, Callaway built a large outdoor kitchen, patio, and pergola for our home. The results were beautiful, and though there were a few issues, they responded and fixed the problems. Recently, we put our home on the market and I think that the addition of the patio/kitchen helped sell it quickly. However, when the inspector came he found that the wiring/electrical to the patio was deficient and we would have to call a master electrician to redo the wiring. I called Callaway, not really expecting them to do anything after four years, but I wanted them to know about the issue. Sharon Callaway asked me to send the inspection report to show what was wrong, which I did. She called me back the same day, sent out a certified electrician the next day who told me what needed to be done, and said the cost would be $450. The following day Callaway sent the electrician who fixed the problem, and Callaway paid for the work. We were truly amazed at the responsiveness of this company. We had no warranty from them to fix a four-year-old problem. But they stood behind their product. I think if you are looking for a company you can trust, go no further! Unfortunately, it is rare these days to see folks take responsibility for their actions. Thank you Callaway for fixing the problem instead of trying to find a way out! Your honesty and integrity should get you far in this business, and I will recommend you highly to anyone I know who needs your service."

"Mr Clemente was very thorough and extremely detailed , he took such care and precision to place pavers in my front courtyard. This courtyard was difficult because he had to slope it perfectly so I would no have trouble going the 4.5 drop I had before. He is amazing and now will do a walkway in my outdoor area. He is prompt and honest and comes as planned. I am very happy with this company and I highly recommend them. The courtyard looks fabulous."
