Great work. Looks great. Showed up as promised. Did the work quickly and left things clean.

Four years ago, Callaway built a large outdoor kitchen, patio, and pergola for our home. The results were beautiful, and though there were a few issues, they responded and fixed the problems. Recently, we put our home on the market and I think that the addition of the patio/kitchen helped sell it quickly. However, when the inspector came he found that the wiring/electrical to the patio was deficient and we would have to call a master electrician to redo the wiring. I called Callaway, not really expecting them to do anything after four years, but I wanted them to know about the issue. Sharon Callaway asked me to send the inspection report to show what was wrong, which I did. She called me back the same day, sent out a certified electrician the next day who told me what needed to be done, and said the cost would be $450. The following day Callaway sent the electrician who fixed the problem, and Callaway paid for the work. We were truly amazed at the responsiveness of this company. We had no warranty from them to fix a four-year-old problem. But they stood behind their product. I think if you are looking for a company you can trust, go no further! Unfortunately, it is rare these days to see folks take responsibility for their actions. Thank you Callaway for fixing the problem instead of trying to find a way out! Your honesty and integrity should get you far in this business, and I will recommend you highly to anyone I know who needs your service.

I just had a large landscaping project in the front & back yards including tree removal, paver pad for my grill which included electric and natural gas access, tile for my screened patio... They handled all of the subcontractors and the end result is wonderful. I would highly recommend based on my satisfaction.

My updates are beautiful, and I am so glad I decided to hire this company. Mr. Callaway is fair and his team does great work. I cannot get over my beautiful pergola, what craftsmanship. If you are looking for a contractor, that will not rip you off and does really great work, then do not hesitate to hire this company.

I had an old rotten trellis removed and the entire flower bed redone. It made the front of my home look so much better. They were on time and the project didn't take long. They used strong healthy plants that all made it through the winter freezes here in Houston.

We used Callaway to re-landscape the beds in our front and back yards which had suffered damage from this winter’s hard freeze. The owner came out promptly to do the estimate, made good suggestions for replacements and improvements and provided us with a reasonable estimate. His crew maintained good communication throughout the 4 days it took to complete the work. We added on some last minute sod replacement and they completed that within the original timetable as well. We’re very pleased with the results.

Totally understood what we needed. As senior citizens we are no longer up to high maintenance situations, Brett totally understood and provided us with what was necessary at a great price.

The owner Mr. Brett ,is truly admirable and very fair. He displayed lots of class and professionalism. I'd recommend him over and over.

Callaway people are very professional and reliable from the choosing the raw material till finishing up the last touch. The owners of the company involve and participate during the whole process and very responsive. I have never seen any contractor who works with such high responsibility like Callaway Outdoor Designs.

This is the best experience working with a contractor and would absolutely use again on our next project. They did excellent work, but it took a while for them to get here since they had a large backlog of work. I would certainly use them again.
