Lack of Focus The owner was often taken away from the job for meetings to pursue his other professional endeavors. His attention, time and "cash flow" were divided in too many directions. 3. Lack of Attention to Detail The grout work for the tile in the shower and bath ledges is less than desirable, the granite was left with gaps and raw unpolished edges, the patches from damage to the wall and ceilings looks like it was done by a novice. 4.
