External Technical Services

The work involved a crew of 3 - 4 and was prompt, thorough, and aestically pleasing. My home environment is greatly improved! I hope to use them on a regular basis.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work provided by ETS and personal attention provided by the owner, Cullen Quinn. We originally engaged ETS in the spring to replace our double wide driveway with stamped, stained concrete. The detail provided in the estimate clearly explained the scope and dimensions of the work effort and addressed our expectations. The demolition, prep work and concrete pour took 3 days. The employees were hard working, polite and willing to answer any questions we had about was happening. Our new driveway is beautiful and really makes our home stand out. We have since had Cullen and his crew back for a few more projects. One to stain and seal our 20’ by 20’ patio in the backyard. The other to landscape the front and backyard gardens with added foliage, rock work and lighting. Again, the work was provided as promised and in a timely fashion. We will use Cullen and his ETS team again.

Cullen was a delight to work with. Friendly, great communicator, extremely responsive. Our project involved a stamped concrete patio, curbing/edging around planting beds, and some border walls of brick. We got good advice from Cullen. He and his team were very responsive to the mid-stream changes we made to the plan. Cullen returns phone calls promptly and does regular site inspections. We are very pleased with Cullen and External Technical Services (ETS). We are considering another project and are hopeful ETS will be able to help us.

Cullen removed old boxwood plants, which were long-established , so they were difficult to take out, but Cullen worked hard and got rid of them quickly and efficiently. He and his crew also trimmed my large live oak, which had been damaged in the freeze. I was impressed with his professionalism and would hire him again. I fully recommend him!

These guys do a fantastic job! I had them trim my trees first time and did a great job with them. Had them point the mortar on exterior of my house that looks absolutely amazing! Collin is a great guy to work with and very reliable, hard working man. Will definitely call him again for work at my home as is needed.

They put in a sidewalk and pad for a bench in our Prayer Garden at Monterey Church of Christ. In the sidewalk he put brick paver inlays. It looks amazing. He performed the job to our complete satisfaction! He kept me informed of his schedule and showed up when he said he would! We will use him again!

The service was very good. They were always on time, and worked hard. They were flexible, and worked to please the customer.

This company really went above and beyond my expectations. My gutters werenâ t properly installed and they came back and replaced all of them and had them re installed by a gutter professional at no cost to me.
