"I had a very disappointing experience with HR Phoenix Electrical. The electrician arrived about 50 minutes late ? which I was willing to overlook ? but it quickly became clear the technician was moving extremely slowly. After taking a long time to diagnose the issue, he told me I simply needed a new GFCI outlet. I?ve replaced these myself before for under $20, so I was surprised when he quoted $298 for the hour, despite only being there roughly 30 minutes at that point. He then said he had to leave and purchase a GFCI from a hardware store ? surprising for such a basic and common part. He assured me he would be back, complete the work, and still finish within an hour total. Instead, he was gone about 25 minutes, returned, and ended up barely over the one-hour mark. Because of that, he charged me for a second full hour, even though the delay was entirely due to his slow pace and leaving to buy a part he should have had on-hand. I would've done it myself if I knew he was going to lie."

"We called on All Metroplex Plumbing on two separate occasions in recent months. The services provided were replacements of one toilet, three faucets, six faucet cut-off valves, two garbage disposals and one kitchen sink basket strainer. We furnished the new toilet and the three new faucets; the plumber furnished all other new equipment items and supplies. All of the work was done by Mario, a highly competent and courteous plumber. It has now been several weeks since this work was completed: all of the newly installed plumbing fixtures are working well, and there are no leaks or drips. We are very pleased with All Metroplex Plumbing, and we will certainly call them again for our next plumbing project."

The scheduler not only got me scheduled, but took the time to speak to the operations manager about the issue on Monday and then called me back to avoid me wasting money. The operations manager then talked with me for awhile about the issue, again to avoid my wasting money. I have rarely had a company show this level of professionalism and customer care. Absolutely top notch."

"We have used Bluebonnet since 2003. Over the years they have replaced 2 water heaters and handled all of our plumbing needs inside and out. The latest service was to repair a leaky toilet, replace a water filter behind our refrigerator and spot check our other toilets and both water heaters. The repairs were not totally successful on the toilet and Lee came out a second time to try one more thing before we will need to replace it entirely. If and when that happens we will not hesitate to have Bluebonnet do the installation. Lee and Frank have always done excellent work and we would recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs."

"Not sure why they had 5 stars review, but All About Water Heaters is by far the worst company I dealt with. Service tech came out, did not bring a solder, and I had to provide him with my own supply, then replaced my water circulator with a wrong sized pump. Contacted the owner, promised to come out and take care of the issue, a week went by, claimed he was not able to get the replacement pump since it was discontinued, and he needed some time to find replacement. Sent him a link to Home Depot website where he could get one, and another week later, he stopped answering phone calls, or texts. I am definitely going for a lawsuit, will keep y'all updated. Do not waste your time, look somewhere else!!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
