"I would recommend William Davis and SparkleBlast to anyone who needs their house power washed. William did an excellent job washing the exterior sides and the front entry way to my house. He did such an amazing job that my neighbors hired him on the spot to power wash their houses. Friendly service and a trustworthy contractor can't be beat. Thanks William!"

"The owner of the company performed the work, and did a fantastic job. I'm surprised how new our driveway/sidewalk looks! Made sure the job was completed to my liking, even offered to clean more areas at no additional charge. I would highly recommend their service.

"Service was very good. All three crew members were very polite and friendly. They was on time. They did a great job moving everything out of the apartment in to the truck. They also did a good job packing all my belongings into storage. Everything is so neat. I will definitely use them again, when I'm ready to move in my new apartment!"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.
