Drew & his crew were able to fully remove the roof & install a new roofing system & 3 dimensional shingles that matched the existing shingles on our home. He was honest and only charged what he initially quoted, even though, he replaced an additional board and painted it. The job was finished on time and met our expectations. "Project went very well. I have worked with Charles before on a larger project, so I knew that he was going to be able to handle this one easily. There were some interesting challenges because I wanted to reuse as many of the old deck's posts as possible to avoid digging in the area of the pool plumbing and possibly breaking lines. Charles and his crew knew how to brace and reinforce the old substructure to minimize the digging. They did a good job in finishing the deck and skirt. Also, while he was out on this job, he helped me with a warranty claim on a balcony rail from a previous project. I was skeptical that the supplier would provide new materials several years after installation, but Charles worked with his wholesaler and the manufacturer's rep to get them to acknowledge there was a material flaw in the original rail and replace it. Then he had his guys install the new railing at no charge to me. I don't think many contractors would do that and it was much appreciated."
