EARL'S ALUMINUMI called and talked to a worker and asked him to come by and look at my screen/glass patio door that was destroyed by a rock from my mower. He told me he would be in my area after noon and would come by. I waited at home all day and he never shower or called. The next morning I called and talked to the owner. He told me that his worker did not come because of the front that passed through. I understood. He told me that he would have him come by in the next two hours. I told him that was not necessary but to come by any time during the day. I waited all day. During this conversation the owner and I had conversation about the glass in the door as to whether it could be replace or repaired. He told me the door glass was likely punched into the door and could not be repaired. I told him to go ahead and replace the door. The next morning no one had come by so I called the third time. The owner answered the phone. I told him that he was making it for me to business with them. He denied talking to me the day before and became very defensive. He told me that they had a lot of big projects and did not have time to fool with a small project like mine. Our conversation ended up a bit heated with him calling me a liar and me telling him I am done doing business with him before we hung up. My final word is when our economy dips again and the big jobs are gone, I will the kind of guy he will be falling over to help. Not me.- Jim W.

Maynor VazquezHe had guys that do different stuff like pluming, tiles, concrete and carpenter work. They are going to be putting in my inside doors and do some plumbing. They can do wood floors and they are very honest. They make sure you get what you want for the money and he will take a draw out of the money each week rather than take the full amount. I would highly recommend these guys and when it came to my showers, I had different tiles put in and they wanted me to be there to tell them specifically where I want them to be. TRIANGLE DOOR COI messed up my garage door BAD, Triangle Door Co came to my rescue. I tried to get a hold of them the night it happened, but I suppose they were closed and I left a message. The owner came out promptly the next day, he is very friendly and cordial. He was able to salvage my door and make it work again. I was so worried I was going to have to buy another door, but thankfully he brought it back to life. This company also installs Genie Garage door openers, I incidentally used them to install a garage door opener at another date. Cant go wrong with this company- April S.

Best Investments Siding & WindowsI had 5 large bay windows and a double patio door that were installed with the house 20 years ago had been through 2 hurricanes. They lost their seal and were foggy on the inside preventing cleaning. We have wanted to replace them for some time, but were hesitant since they were built in and it would require taking off some of our Hardie plank siding in the process. We received 5 quotes for window and door replacement, but ultimately decided to go with Best Investments Windows and Siding because of the quality of the security window, the smaller window frame footprint, and the cost. After placing the order, they sent out Victor, the installer to double check the measurements. It took about 3 weeks to manufacture the custom windows, and they installed them in one day.They replaced and match painted all trim that had to be removed to install the windows and doors. And they even helped me re-hang another existing door that was sticking due house settling. Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and quality of the work they did and highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.- Tom M.

M&M are my "go to" roofing company. They re-roofed the house after Ike ripped part of the roof off and did a fabulous job fixing it. No issues since. As for the garage, they dropped the supplies off a couple of days prior, then we got held up by the weather. As soon as that was over the guys came in. Three hours later.....done. Fabulous job. Clean up was great. Haven't come across one "left behind" nail. Mike Moncure and the crew, very professional, and a pleasure to work with.

This is our second project with AGY Enterprises and they did a beautiful job once again. After AGY Enterprises came out and handled our floors we hired them to build a storage building. The storage buiding is 16 x 20 with double doors and and sided with Hardi cement siding. I dont think we could get better anywhere else!

I live in Dallas, TX, I placed an order for a value of $ 27000, about 22 windows and two doors. A couple of months after this purchase, two windows got damaged. I called the warranty department; they came and fixed the window; one of the windows is still defective. The front door originally was the wrong delivery. It was delivered in December 2019. They sent it back, and I waited for another 4 months about to receive the new door. I was told it was damaged in the factory and they had to reorder. It finally came. The door was missing the ocular part. They came back to install it. A couple of months later, the door handle broke. Again, I called to get it fixed. They came to fix it. Then last September, the batteries of the new door lock died. I called again, and this time, I was not nice anymore. I was tired of this door. I asked them why a new lock would need the battery changed within less than 6 months. I had a previous door with a better type of lock, the battery has been there for more than a year, and is still going. I realized they gave me a really cheap lock. Yesterday, as I was heading to work, I was unable to lock the door. The battery died again. It has been less than 2 months since they changed the battery. I called furiously and just wanted to door out. The guy I talked to was okay, but could not contain my anger. He told me I could not talk to a manager and had to call in the morning. I called this morning at 0800 AM and spoke switch a lady that was busy taking care of her home. She had me on mute and answering with the least amount of care. I have never had a company that comes to my house this much to fix their defective product instead of just changing it. It makes me doubt the quality of the product. The previous window is still defective, and now, I have a door that I cannot close because I never used the keys, and that was the point when I was purchasing this code entry door. I would not recommend this company. The salesman told me they were they are the only one to offer these windows. It is NOT true. I saw the same windows 6 years prior in Oklahoma. They offer you a warranty service, but who wants to be on the phone once a month about the same product being defective? I honestly regret my purchase, mostly when I consider how much I spent. I am scared that I will spend the rest of my life constantly calling them to fix something and something else. By the way, all this is without considering the wall damages they left behind. Find another company for your power windows.
