I have many workers at my disposal for either small or big jobs. I do free estimates on jobs. I split the total costs of the job into two payments. Half of the total cost once the job is completely set up and ready to pour, and the rest after the job is done and everything is nice and clean. I do offer a discount to anyone who refers me to someone else they know that needs a job done as well.
