"I purchased an $89 Big Deal back in January '13, and they contacted me via voice mail message very promptly to set up an appointment. But I let the info get lost on my desk til June. I emailed them and they responded right away and we set up the appointment at my convenience. They arrived as promised and I was just bit disappointed that the "deal" part covered a smaller percentage of my items than I expected, but I guess that's the going rate for this. But the representative was very conscientious about calculating the difference and was generally quite fair about things.
He worked quickly and diligently in the heat, gathering the items we had collected and also took a couple other items we pointed out. He provided a receipt and the entire transaction was professional and quite satisfactory. Really my only minor complaint was that the deal covered such a small amount of material (roughly the equivalent of a single layer of stuff on a small pick up truck), that the final cost ($107 more than the original $89 deal paid in advance) was about twice what I anticipated. But that is not the company's fault I guess - it's the first time we have hired someone to haul items away and i guess I was just a bit naive about the expense involved.
