"I had an event at my house on Saturday and he was prompt in installing our Christmas lights. He arrived on Friday evening and worked until 11:00 pm. Returned at 6:00 am on Saturday to complete the project before noon. Ryan is very responsible and professional. Highly recommended!"

"Their customer service was top notch. I was needing my whole Central Unit replaced, I got ahold of them at 7pm and they came out that night after hours to give me an estimate which every other company I contacted wanted to do it on their schedule. They were then at my home installing the new unit bright and early the next morning. The new unit was installed and up and running by the time I returned from work. The service guy was very helpful answering all my questions. They even cut in new ducts for me right where I wanted them for no extra charge. I was beyond satisfied and would recommend Artic Air to anyone who needs HVAC work done."

"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

"I would highly recommend!! Very efficient and quick! I was having the hardest time finding someone to build exactly what I wanted (I'm very picky) and they did it! I'm so happy with the large cat cages they made for my fur babies and my fur babies are happy, too! ? Thanks guys!!!"

"Everything went better than expected. Nathan always showed up when he said he would and completed the job."
