"Rene and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. I have a 15 year old Landcruiser that the Texas sun hammered the leather front seats to the point they start splitting and the leather steering wheel wrap was shredding as well. They completely transformed the front seats and steering wheel to showroom condition. When I picked it up he even replaced the cloth speaker covers for no charge. I will absolutely take any vehicles I have back to him and would highly recommend him. One note: The business is called "Classic Auto Restyling"."

Budget Upholstery is a family-owned business. For 30 years, the refurbish and re-upholstery craft has been handed down from father to son. Owner, David L. Huron, believes in only the best workmanship, no furniture leaves his shop without a thorough examination for quality and workmanship. Since 1980, we have repaired hundreds of pieces of furniture and we stand behind each and every one. We are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We have a good selection of currently available fabrics from which to order. All furniture is restored in a reasonable amount of time. Our average turnaround time depends on the season, and is usually no longer than two to four weeks from when the furniture is picked up. We provide free in-home estimates. We do not have a sales staff, so you do business direct with the owner. Pick up and delivery is provided free. Exceptions may be made depending on the size and quantity of furniture.

In 1923, Mr. McCune started a small shop moved in the early 30's to a strip of land between the San Antonio River and an acequia that fed the Alamo. In 1975, the old man was ready to retire and handed to business over to Stephen. Stephen hired some old timers and started the refinishing business back up after a twenty-year hiatus. Today, the shop is well known among those desiring quality furniture, durable fabrics, and excellent craftsmanship.
