All other Surrounding areas are subject to a $50 outside-area estimate fee. This fee must be paid at the time of estimate unless contract is signed at the time of estimate. At time of signed contract we require 50% of the total cost to be paid upfront (cash, check, or credit card). The remaining 50% will be collected at the time of the satisfactory walkthrough. *if check is returned for any reason, we charge a $35 off in addition to any fees incurred as a result and the assignment will be paused until the initial 50% is paid in full via cash*
