Outstanding work at a fair price. Terry is a Master Plumber who deliverers on what he promises when he promises. His work was top shelf and I will only use him for any and all needed plumbing in the future

Terry and his crew were very professional and knew what they were doing. They installed the new hot water heater promptly and with skill. They were through in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. it was a pleasure to have them do the work. They are now my go-to plumbing company.

He was very knowledgeable and wasn't just guessing at what happened or blaming us for doing something wrong. Came in and helped us figure out what was wrong and made several suggestions as to what to do to remedy the situation. As well as instructed us on how to get better life out of the faucets we currently have.

I would definitely recommend T.R. Plumbing! Terry did an excellent job! He was honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I had a leak in the slab of my house. I called Aramendia for their "free" quote as advertised on tv. As soon as the tech got here he tried to sell me a water softner and whole house filter. He said it would be $175 per hour to find the leak. They cut the leaking pipe and ran a tape down it to guess where the pipe went. They wanted $350 to remove a toilet to see if their guess was right. Then started talking about removing dishwasher and pulling out kitchen cabinets. The price kept going up and up. I asked them to leave and started looking for another plumber. Terry came out the next afternoon. He had a sonar system to see exactly where the pipes ran through the concrete floor. He offered several different solutions to fix the problem. We agreed running a new insulated line through the attic was the best way to go. He did not need to remove any cabinets or major appliances. He completed the job that day. Water is restored to the house and everything is back to normal. I would definitely call Terry again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you T.R. Plumbing! You saved the day!

Quick to establish an appointment. Arrived on time. Found leak within minutes. Showed us exactly the cause. Replaced all the Hot/Cold water pipes in that area where supply lines divide to T's & elbow joints to feed sink faucet. Good company, good work; quality control with owner personally directing helper in proper repair techniques - 4 hrs on site, vacuumed and cleaned repair area upon completion. Thanks guys.

It was not an easy task as my residence is a manufactured home. The replaced unit had not been installed by a professional which required extra effort. Terry was very professional and was able to do the job for a reasonable price. I purchased the new heater. Thus, the cost of service is for labor only. Thank you, Terry.

Terry is very knowledgeable and professional. He came to inspect and give an estimate shortly after I called him. He returned with a new tank and fittings the same afternoon, completing the installation by late afternoon. It was an extremely thorough and professional installation. Terry knows plumbing!

I hired Terry, owner of TR Plumbing & Water, because of the reviews I read on Angie's List. I've never been more pleased with a service provider. He was courteous, professional, and arrived promptly at the agreed time. He replaced our reverse osmosis system, a refrigerator cold water line and a toilet flapper. People sometimes take advantage of a woman, but I felt the charges were appropriate for the services provided. In my opinion, Terry exceeded my expectations when he reinforced the garage wall where the reverse osmosis system was hung. The old one was mounted to the sheetrock only. I will definitely use TR Plumbing & Water in the future and will be recommending Terry to my friends.

They were very professional and did their job. They were out of my hair, and then they were done. I had very little interaction with them. The worked turned out very good. I would use their service again if needed.

We have used Terry on two occasions now to help us with our water softener, which we knew nothing about when we first moved in never having lived where one was needed. The first time he patiently taught us how to use it, tweaked the system, got it up and running properly. Almost 2 years later, it began acting up a bit for us. He was able to come the same day we called, and ended up determining that among other things, there were leaks in two of our toilets which was leading to problems with the water cycling through rapidly. I was very impressed that he checked with us to see whether we wanted to perform that simple repair or have him do it- he is not just out to gouge customers for money. We opted to have him fix it, and he diligently stayed to make sure that addressed the problem, testing our water, waiting for it to cycle through the water softener, making sure the job was done right. He is knowledgeable and willing to teach and inform his customers about their systems and water issues to prevent future damage or problems. I can tell he cares about operating his company with integrity and the highest standards of customer service. He will definitely be our go to guy from now on for plumbing issues.

Terry has helped me on a couple of occasions. The first was in response to what I thought was a leaking hot water heater. Terry quickly determined that it was a line leak. He repaired that and replace a failed expansion tank. The end result is that he fixed the problem, saved me money, and most importantly, did not attempt to sell me a hot water heater when one was not required. The second time he installed a water softener. His bid was reasonable and I already knew I could trust him from my previous experience. We ran into a couple of snags that caused the job to run much longer than expected, but he honored the price we had agreed upon and did not attempt to add any additional charges for the extra work. The last work was about 5 months ago, and I have not had any issues. I do not normally write reviews, but I was impressed with Terry's knowledge and integrity. Rare traits in the service industry based on previous experiences. I highly recommend T R Plumbing & Water and plan to use them for all my plumbing needs.

We had several estimates from large/small shops and not only was TR Plumbing less expensive, we feel that we had much better service. Terry has an extensive background in plumbing and provided great customer service. They came on-time, and did a very professional job. We'll definitely call him back if any other plumbing needs arise.

My 14 year old water heater died the weekend before Thanksgiving. Called first thing Monday morning. They came out Monday afternoon day, determined I needed a new water heater, and installed a new heater that day. Great service! Two weeks later they replaced my other water heater. Same great service. I called and they came out the next day and installed a new one. I highly recommend.

Other Plumbers could not schedule me for 24 - 48 hrs. Terry was able to stop by the same day and inspect water heaters & systems. He discovered our pressure settings were off, my expansion tanks were not working, and my water heater components were deteriorating. Terry replaced both expansion tanks, replaced substandard deteriorating parts with upgrades, repaired a faucet and educated us on our water heater maintenance. I truly appreciated his same day service, follow-up, education, and patience. We will definitely call him again for our plumbing needs.

I called T R Plumbing because I had accumulated a long list of plumbing repairs. I live in an older home and most of these fixtures had been repaired by other companies, but were still not working correctly.  I was even previously told that one fixture was impossible to repair!  Mr. Rogers showed up at exactly the time he promised and went right to work.  He thoroughly explained each repair that he would be making. By the end of the day, all was working correctly.  He even returned the next day to check and make sure everything was still good.  I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

We moved into a house with a very nice water softener but no manual.  We found a manual online but it was complicated and we didn't want to do something wrong.  We called Terry and he took great care of us.  It was easy to make an appointment at a mutually agreeable time.  He was friendly, professional and programmed all of the functions on our water softener. We finally have soft water! 

Terry replaced my water heater that was making a lot of gurgling noises.  He was able to get the water heater replaced under warranty and I just had to pay for labor to replace the water heater & parts for the expansion tank above the water heater. Terry did a great job getting the water heater out of a tight closet where it was located & new one replaced.  Cleaned up after the job & was very professional.
