Man this was the most professional experience I’ve had with a company. Jason came in tore the old out put the new carpet in by himself. His work was amazing. I need Jason for my next flooring job.

Horrible experience with this company. Do not hire them. The sales man priced my project incorrectly. Did not start my project when agreed, first because my flooring was "discontinued", their next excuse was because some items were "special order" according to the company. Paid part of the invoice in April, but they did not start my project until May. Pricing changed twice due to incorrect quote details such as measurements or extra materials. They say they will be at the house at a certain time, but contractors do not show up on time. I did not like the job they did because they installed the old materials, did not bother to ask if we would provide new ones. I called them right away to make them awareof the situation, and it's the end of June, and I can't get someone to fix their mess.
