"Matt Russel was amazing, fast, and clean. Our house has had a lot of weird problems from previous owners that we've been working on upgrading as we go. Matt came out to fix a new problem with a leaking outside faucet and look at an old problem we hadn't bothered fixing for years. The old problem was another outdoor faucet that broke during a freeze but leaked into the house when it was on. Matt immediately knew what to do about it. And he even put back the brick and siding he had to go through to replace the broken pieces. It looked amazing and everything works again! The prices were reasonable as well compared to other quotes I had. He showed me the before and after results and talked me through any follow ups that might be needed for the siding. Great experience."

He left and I’ve never heard since. They don’t pick up the call, their voice mail is full and when possible I’ve left voice mails but to no avail. They are not found on Google Maps or rated on BBB which makes me think they had bad reviews previously and deleted their online profiles and are now restarting. Lousy service is an understatement, at least give me an update or return my money!"

He left and I’ve never heard since. They don’t pick up the call, their voice mail is full and when possible I’ve left voice mails but to no avail. They are not found on Google Maps or rated on BBB which makes me think they had bad reviews previously and deleted their online profiles and are now restarting.
