It was amazing. The customer service was outstanding. The person I use most is Jake, he was wonderful. He made sure that the issue is resolved. He made follow ups to make sure everything was okay. I recommend them to anybody who have any issues to their ACs or plumbing. The best company I've ever dealt with ever! They have a very reasonable price.

I initially had maintenance done by Clavio Villarreal with Master Tech. He is very thorough in his work and advised me of a potential issue with one of my AC units that needed further work by a specialist. Jake Robins came to review the unit performance and identify the issue. He was amazing! He was very thorough and quickly determined that the unit needed a new part. Installing the part was a multi step process but he kept me up to date on this work. As part of the testing of the unit he identified another issue that he was able to quickly resolve. He was so thorough and made sure that the unit functioned perfectly before he completed the work. He also checked in a few days later to make sure that the unit was still working. I have used this company for years and they have impeccable service professionals. I am so happy to add Jake to the service professionals that I trust and would highly recommend to others. I would also highly recommend Clavio to complete the annual maintenance for any customers.
