"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Josh was amazing. We had metal storage racks going down both sides of our garage, BUT, our cars would not fit fremoved from our garage. I purchased and installed them, BUT, then our cars would not both fit the garage. Josh came up with an overhead system that rings the garage ceiling, coming our 4 feet in some spots. It was professionally installed, looks amazing and completely solved our needs. I can't recommend Josh highly enough...we feel so fortunate to have met him....(I have photos of what he did for us, but can't seem to upload them.
