"Foundation was repaired and leveled, but the person who came out to give the quote indicated that the skirting would be repaired and that a rotted beam at the front of the house would be replaced, and that all piers would be strapped with five (5) straps for lateral stability. The piers were replaced but only one strap was used, several of them were broken, and the rotted beam was not replaced. I didn't say anything about it when the repair was done, so they may have fixed those things if I'd been more on the ball about inspecting their work. But I don't think the details of the repair were well communicated to the work crew. The actual installation of the piers went well and the house is still level, so the main purpose of the job was achieved well enough."

"The foundation work was excellent. Mark, the owner, had a team at our house in a timely manner. They dug to bedrock and poured pilings. They cleaned up after themselves and my husband I literally watched the cracks in our walls close. It was amazing. We found Mark to be professional and fair. I'd recommend his company to anyone. That said, when we had a roof problem, we called Mark for a roofer recommendation. We were thrilled to learn that he was in the roofing business and again he came to our house promptly, gave us an estimate, and got to work. "I am satisfied with the work done to remove the tree roots that buckled the driveway and the replacement of the driveway cement. During the demolition or when the boards were placed as molds for the cement, two irrigation pipes and a sprinkler head were broken. The job foreman told me but not the owner. The problem was solved after several days delay. The sprinkler head was placed too high, but I will add topsoil and plant sod and that should fix the issue. Being careful during demolition would not have created another problem. I would hire this company again but would be more aware."
