"We are so happy to have picked CR Solar to do our ground-mount grid-tie solar installation. Chris was more than agreeable to our additional requests like having an extra conduit placed in the trench to the house, and he increased the wind load rating by having more concrete in larger drilled foundation pillars. The equipment, the inverter, conduit, disconnect box, was placed on the wall of the house in a very neat, organized manner. Also, Chris walked us through the paperwork with the power transmission company and the power company. He always showed up on time, as scheduled. We've had two other companies look at our wrought iron entry gate and had been told that it was our battery.  We replaced the battery, but continued to have problems with the gate opening.  I call Premier Entry Systems and spoke with Les and explained that it might be our solar panel.  He asked several questions and thought that could be the problem.  I asked or an approximate cost and he told me he would check and call me back.  He was quick to return the call with the cost and said he could have someone come to our house the next day.  He was informative, courteous and very helpful.

The next morning Kevin came at the time he told us he would and check the panel and indeed it was not holding a charge.  He also checked our battery and said it was okay.  He installed the new solar panel in a very short amount of time.  Again, he was informative and courteous. 

We could not have been happier with their services and will definitely use them in the future.  Our neighbors are having a similar problem and we will share our experience with them and hopefully they will use this good company as well.
