"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I moved on 10/3/24. Not only were the movers rude, but they deliberately hid one of my dining room chairs in the garage with boxes all around it because one of the legs was completely broken off! The other three chairs and table had numerous scratches. I have a 1940’s vintage metal suitcase that has sentimental value and it looks like a car ran over it. I tried multiple times to have the owner call me to no avail. Not even an apology or the decency to call me back to discuss the situation. Instead I get an email offering me $132.00 for all the damage they did. This company has total disregard for your property! Don’t make the same mistake I did. You’ll be sorry you did! I promise you that."

"Beautiful work. For 6 months. Then it started peeling. How stain peels I do not know. To be fair, it only peels where it is walked on. But, it is a FLOOR and the reason we picked staining was because it was supposed to be durable. After all it is supposed to be IN the concrete. After 2 years of promises to fix it we have given up. Jeremy will do great work and take your money. After that you are on your own. If you would like to pay twice for a nice floor (the second time to get someone else to fix it) Superior Concrete and Design is the company for you."

Metro has delivered with no issues whatsoever. Even when we might forget to take out the trash one day, their customer representatives have been nice enough to accommodate us. They collect my trash on Tuesdays and Fridays, and recycle on Wednesdays. Very dependable. When I had the need to dump a mattress, they gave me a fair quote and were quick to pick up the mattress the day they indicated. So far, so good. I recommend Metro!"
