He made sure to keep everything neat and clean and was very professional in doing his job. He made sure he did the job to our satisfaction and made sure we were happy when the job was done. His rate was very reasonable and did it in quick turn around. I will certainly call him back if we ever need anything done again. "Overall, I'm delighted with Veronica and Mike. They clean thoroughly and with such detail. They are happy to accept special requests when others refused to clean out the fireplace. When they accidentally broke a lightbulb, Mike ran out to buy and replace it. We didn't ask her to, they just did it. They use all their own equipment and products. She says she doesn't do windows but always cleans the front glass door without me asking. (For an extra charge, they are happy to do windows which I will have them do at some point.) She always washes and drys the small rugs in the bathrooms. They move and clean behind furniture. They always clean kitchen and bathroom counters removing any dust from the wood work. They even brush and vacuum the dog's bed."
