"Mr. Brian & Ms. Cathy are the real deal. Very professional, very courteous and did a fantastic job with our painting project. My wife and I had a vision of what we wanted it to look like. It looks just as we envisioned. First Brian pressure washed the exterior wall of the house that faces the lake and the railings. There were dead bugs stuck to the side of the house that were hard to remove. Brian painted an exterior wall to the house while his wife, Cathy painted the hand rails along the upstairs deck and stairs. Matched the exterior wall perfect with the rest of the house. Painted the railings and the trim work white. After Brian finished painting the exterior wall, he helped Cathy paint the railings and the trim. This is all that was in our budget right now. We will definitely call them back at a later date to paint the rest of the house. Pricing was very reasonable and I enjoyed being here while they worked. I caught a few catfish and fried them up to share with them for lunch. Brian even cleaned the fish for me. Lol. I would highly recommend Brian and Cathy Verrett. It is so nice to see a husband and wife team who works so well together."

"The fence was put in, but he forgot to include parts until the day of for additional $$$. Now fence looks unfinished and dogs are close to knocking down what is there. After he finished, we discovered that the sprinkler line had been damaged in 2 additional spots than he told us about."

He said he would be at the job at 8 AM and he was there at 8 AM. He said the job would last one day, it lasted one day. He even called and let me know that they forgot to do something and would be back the next morning and he was. On a personal note, Randy knew I was going in for cancer surgery. He called and asked how I was doing from the surgery. I have never had a person who has done work for me care so much. Would I hire Randy and Chris again? I am going to in the next few weeks. I have done different aspects of construction my whole life. My step-dad is an engineer and a great carpenter. I've learned a lot from him as well as from the many foremen and superintendents I have worked under. The only time I wasn't working in the trades was when I worked for the Postal Service, from which I just retired after 20 years May 2025. With my 35 years experience I can do just about anything and have done so, but recently I try to keep my side jobs a little bit easier on the body. I can, though, build a house from the ground up, build your dream deck, install that new shower, or re-do an entire kitchen. Hanging ceiling fans is better for me right now, though!
