"Carpets were in pretty bad shape so I didn't expect a miracle.  Considering the state of the carpet I was expecting spot treating which was not done.  There were quite a few places that were not cleaned to include inside the closets.  The edges of the carpet were also not cleaned well.  Probably one of the biggest issues was that the carpet was very wet afterward.  Going on day 6 now and they are still damp.  I would chose a different company in the future.

Even though he specializes in floor cleaning, he easily took on the challenge of cleaning our shower. After a quick test of the cleaning solution on the floor of the shower I gave him the go ahead to do the whole thing. In a short amount of time he had the entire shower looking like new. He was very professional, tidy, and even offered to do a spot test on my kitchen floors. To top it off he gave me a sample of the cleaning solution so I can spray it in the shower when it starts to get dirty again.
