It went great. The carpet was dirty and stained from lots of traffic and children. I was suprised they got all the stains out and the carpet looks great. They were very nice and called a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work. I was very happy.

They were actually early. They cleaned house from top to bottom, dusting, cleaned mirrors, cleaned bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, unstacked  chairs and mopped all non carpet areas and vacuumed carpets.

Their installer was excellent, he showed me the previous carpet they installed was defective and Lowe's took it all back and gave me credit for it with no hassle. Also, when I told them their moving guys would have to move my furniture for me to do this job, they did that without charging me...

I had thought my carpets were really unsaveable, but they cleaned those really nicely. The product they used was really expensive, but it was a great product. I am going to call them shortly to get my carpets done again.
