They did good work, but the outcome was disappointing in some respect. The kids spilled some juice or drink on carpets and it didn't come out. However, it wasn't lack of effort from Floor Medic, they came back on two different occasions and given another shot. They were very professional and the owner himself does an inspection before and after. The owner was very conscientious and very customer driven.

Cleaning professional arrived about 15 minutes late; however was not an inconvenience to me and only negative thing I can report. I thought the price was also reasonable-the best we have had. I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning professional to someone else. We also will call them again.

It went great. The carpet was dirty and stained from lots of traffic and children. I was suprised they got all the stains out and the carpet looks great. They were very nice and called a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work. I was very happy.
