My name is Ryan Herceg, and I have been working in the construction industry since I was approximately 13 years old. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. They just did not do a very good job of cleaning my house. They need to do a better job. They did dry dusting and left a thin film of dust everywhere because they did not damp dust. All I wanted them to do is deep clean the house until I got there. They would not touch the appliances, they left dust on the shelves and they left cobwebs in the corners of the windows. They just did a terrible job.

"Our experience overall was outstanding. David was very up and front with price and expectations. We were able to give him our budget and he worked with us. He left cushion room incase something unexpected popped up. The day after the contract was signed, his crew had ordered supplies and gotten starred. They found some unexpected plumbing and sewage problem and took care of it at a reasonable price. His company leveled and supported all of the weight bearing walls in the house. His crew also repaired some siding on the back of the house that had been destroyed by our dog and was rotting. My only suggestion would be contact. His crews were unable to show up one day, which was fine. However we didn't know and had our dogs crated the entire day. Overall wonderful service and work and we will use them again."

I felt the quote was high with only one person working for 4-5 hours in terms of cutting, cleaning and hauling small branches. I manage to get quotes from other tree services as well and the cost was almost the same with crew size of four people working for half day which to me is more efficient with larger scope than outlined by Advanced Specialty Construction."
