Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. "Brandon and Ivan were amazing! I had my shower tub converted into a walk-in shower. The guys showed up at 8:30am and by 6:30pm. I had a whole new bathroom. It looks fantastic! As Brandon and Ivan tore out the old tub, they found some pretty serious issues under the floor and behind the walls. They fixed the problems and continued doing their magic. The whole process was so easy and stress free. Also, I have to give a shout out to David who explained the whole process, helped me design my shower, and kept me in my budget.
