"We had an absolutely terrible experience with Power Remodeling. My husband scheduled what was supposed to be a “free estimate” after speaking with a representative named Alfonso. Instead, we ended up with a sales representative (Tara) who turned the visit into an hours-long, extremely pushy sales pitch. She would not take “no” for an answer, ignored my repeated requests to wrap things up, and even told me she would wait at my dining room table until my husband (who had excused himself to take a shower to escape the presentation) came back. I had to firmly ask her to leave multiple times before she finally left — it was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional.
