Country Boys Plumbing

Our water heater went out. They replaced it and they were great. They stayed in communication with us the entire time. I'd refer them to anyone and everyone. Fantastic job, well done. ? ? ? ?

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Got assigned them through American Home Shield. He showed up 1.5 hours late then informed me I needed a new subfloor to fix the leaking toilet. Also told me he went under my house. I contacted an experienced contractor the next day who arrived on time, who went under the house and said the subfloor was fine, I even saw it for myself. Wood was brand new. That same contractor came out a week later and installed new ring and all is good. Said the old ring was not installed correctly. I don't believe "Country Boy" ever went under my house as the opening I installed the brinks myself and they were exactly, w/o an inch to spare, the way I laid them. I hate to give 1 star, I prefer a -5 stars. On top of it, they have taken over a month to get the review to AHS, so AHS could get me another company out to repair.

These guys were called by my home warranty and they were awful. had a leak in my water heater and they tried to overcharge me $600 because of "code". They went back and forth for 2 weeks still while the leak got worse and never came back again. These guys are what makes trade crafts have a bad name. I would stay FAR AWAY from these folks who are not honest or reliable! New company did the job within 3 days and the "code" stuff was not accurate but now need mold removed because of delay in getting done

Country Boys Plumbing scheduled an appointment with me for Monday between the hours of noon and 5:00. I took the day off work in order to be available for this appointment. By 4:30 that Monday, they had not shown up or called me. My home warranty representative called the company and was informed that, although they were running late that day, they still intended to stop by my house to check my water heater and would call me shortly before they arrived. They still never showed up that afternoon, and they never bothered to call to cancel or reschedule. They are completely unprofessional, and I would not trust this company to keep their word.

It didn't go well, they ended up having to come back because they not only didn't fix the leak, they broke something else in the process.  They were very unprofessional, talking to his assistant in condescending tones, making comments on what I was watching on TV etc.  
The only reason I went as high as C, is I believe they stick by their work and they are trustworthy.  They came back to fix my problem with no extra charge and did right by me and I do appreciate that.
