His bid was in line with the other contractors that I talked with, but the reason I chose Alliance was the fact that he provided me with photographs of several jobs that he had worked on over the past year. I went and looked at the work at a couple of his close-by jobs and the workmanship was very good. I am a structural engineer by education and training and while a lot of companies can place concrete and finish it well, the true proof is in the preparation of the subgrade and the quality of the concrete during the pour.
