"Santiago & his crew have done multiple projects for me around my home & always do a great job. Pictured is my formal dining room which he converted into a bedroom & secondly he expanded my pantry & built a linen closet. He did everything from demo, framing, sheetrock, mud, texture, paint, trim & installed doors. Heâ s also done a lot of drywall repairs for me. He does a good job with prep & cleanup.Iâ ve had quite a bit of work done around my house & Santiago is by far my favorite contractor Iâ ve hired. Heâ s always on time, professional, patient & kind. A genuinely good person."

"They collected almost $8,000, but they`re still not finished. I`m waiting for them to install the patio cover and weld the back gate after they repair the door, which they haven`t done yet. They never return my calls or texts. Their service is lousy. The door repair was a halfway job; they told me they`d replace it if they couldn`t repair it, but their repair wasn`t thorough, and my carpet got wet. The exterior fascia work is also only halfway done. They claimed they would smooth out the area around and under the fascia before painting, but they missed parts. They were supposed to reattach my gate after finishing the door and patio cover, but I can`t even get them to come out for the patio cover. "
