"We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again."

"When I called to get a quote -- he was responsive and professional. What I mean by professional, he presented himself as an expert and wanted to help me do get the right service. There were questions I had he didn't know the answer to, or a service he didn't do and he suggested vendors who could do what i wanted. Ultimately we went with Barber Mountain because he gained our trust he will do a good job. He wasn't the lowest in price, but he said he will take hours to clean my couch. He did!
