"First of all, we left the premise 14 minutes after the so-called fire we started, I have a tracking device on them. I immediately called you after receiving your text. We don't finish a job by cleaning a table, we finish exiting the door, mopping. By the time they packed their supplies, and received a paper check (that you still had to fill out), leave and then receive a text, not a call that your flowers caught on fire 14 minutes later does not make sense! My insurance will not start a claim because we weren't on the premises at the time of the scene! There is no fire department report or proof of damages to even initiate a claim. I have off"
"Thank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a lot to us. We enjoy offering our services to you and we always look forward to take care your home. Thanks again!"
"Hi Jennifer H, I understand you were unhappy with our services after you checked your home and processed payment. The night prior to your cleaning appointment we talked about doing the entire home except 2 of the bedrooms, remember that these rooms were not included in the fee. Upon arrival you excluded one more living area apart from the 2 rooms you initially excluded, you stated that you were not able to pick up all of the cluster and piles of things off the floor in time. Due to this last minute change, I arranged to deduct 75 dollars and we both agreed on this price. After the ladies cleaned your home, you did do a full evaluation with one of the ladies, you seemed very happy and immediately processed payment. Later you called me stating that the areas the ladies did not touch were not cleaned, I mentioned that those were the areas you specified and excluded and agreed on the price due to the amount of things that were on the floor. You complained about it and in order to make you happy I offered to send the ladies back to do those areas at no charge or do it as a credit for a following recurring cleaning. You immediately declined and requested a full refund. I am not sure why you would threaten to leave a negative comment after I offered to do those areas free of charge or do it as a courtesy as a new client for your recurring cleaning. You seemed very offended that I asked you to check your home after they clean to make sure you are happy with your cleaning in case there is something you didn't like. I mention this to all of my new clients so that they're happy with our work. It seemed that we were not able to come to an agreement, but I tried everything in my power to satisfy you with our work. You still insisted on a refund but the ladies did their part on the agreed areas. If you were not happy, perhaps you should not of paid us until you were happy, A free job after their 3.5 hour work was not part of the agreement, the ladies did their part. Again, I apologized that you weren't happy and I wish we could have solved this matter differently."
