"Chimney was cleaned and I am good to go for another 7-8 years. My dryer vent was almost completely clogged. Now that it has been cleaned I can rest easier knowing that it is not a fire hazard. The owner is very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with some suggestions regarding the grate I currently have in my fireplace. He came recommended by a neighbor and I am So glad I reached out. I will definitely you him again."

"Tyler is very knowledgeable in all aspects of chimney work and did a phenomenal job. He is personable and reliable to get the work finished. I would rehire him again and again."

"Outstanding. Stan was informative, spent time to answer questions, explained the work being done and was overall someone I would totally recommend to do your roof."

"All the work done by Jaye Stark and his crews was excellent. In spite of the local heavy rains and flooding in May, he completed the work close to on time. Most important, where the heavy rains resulted in damage to some of the work he performed, Jaye came out quickly to repair the damage. I recommend him to anyone needed masonry work."

"

Process went very well.  The inspector arrived to determine extent of problem and outlined all the options.  The workmen arrived promptly as scheduled, did the work mentioned above, and cleaned up the residue.  A follow-up visit was made by another inspector to check the traps.  The quality control inspector made a visit to determine if all the work had been done to specification.  He wrote a report for areas that needed further work which will be completed next week.

We have been very pleased so far with the professionalism and the work extended by Critter Control.

"They did a rebuild on my whole chimney and it came out excellent. Very happy with the work and they gave me a great price! Highly recommended."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"very nice young man. He did not do such a good job cleaning my chimney."

"Comment: They helped by replacing my roof as well as installing gutters, fixing broken windows, repairing carpentry, and painting. They also helped me process my insurance claims. They're very knowledgeable; they made sure my insurance company compensated me for all the current Dallas city building codes. Jess is a very good communicator and made sure the crews cleaned up very well."
