The arborist, Will, came out to do the assessment and discuss the job and also oversaw the entire job. He was very accommodating, friendly and professional. He gave me a verbal quote as well as a written quote. The dedicated crew they sent out got the job done in 9 hours. I expressed my concern at the beginning that I didn't want any damage to the surrounding plants and they were able to remove the tree without any damage or issues.
