"The job went well. Dale showed up on time and was very professional. We had been having issues with the time it took the water to heat up in the home so we had him take a look at possible causes. Dale cycled water through all the faucets to understand our concern and found the issue by the heater. Apparently the heater was set to a timer which was turned off. Afterwards he performed the cleaning of the heater which went fine."

"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

Afte it was completed and cured, the mortar color was too light and had to have additional acid washes to adjust the tone. He and his crew were very professional and helpful during the project. The area was always left clean and safe. We appreciated his ability to make sure the final product met your best expectations. Would recommend him to anyone who needs brick & stone work."
